We offer free next working day delivery service (not guaranteed) on most of our items.

Heavy and large items (exceeding 1.5m in length or 30kg in weight) will be sent by 48h courier service and the delivery charge will be added during checkout.

Postage prices and delivery times are quoted for UK Mainland addresses only.
If you require an item to be delivered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and outside the UK please ask us for a quote before placing your order. If you place your order with the delivery address specified to one of the above areas we reserve the right to cancel your order if additional postage charges are not paid.

Most items of low-value (under £20) will be sent by economy service which usually takes 3-5 working days.

Items such an engines, gearboxes, full interiors etc. will be sent on the pallet typically by 24-48h service.

Please note all parts containing oils ie. differentials or gearboxes will be drained for delivery purpose.

Windscreens, bonnets, convertible roofs, selected car body panels & batteries will not be offered for delivery. Such items must be collected by the customer in person and should be paid for with cash. We do not allow 3rd parties couriers to collect such items nor provide any packaging for them.

We may offer own delivery on bulk orders depending on customer’s location.

When it comes to posting your order, we do our best to pack items securely but on some occasions, damages can occur especially to large items such as body panels. All items should be inspected upon delivery and any damages must be reported to us supported with photo evidence within 24h from delivery. No compensations will be given if damaged item is reported to us after this time.

Under distance selling regulations a PRIVATE CONSUMER has a 14 day “cooling off” period in which he/she may return the goods to us for a refund. Delivery is a separate contract and once completed is not refundable.

Unless our fault is clearly found any goods that need to be returned to us for any reason have to be sent back to us at customer’s expense.

In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer had ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately and that part needs to be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date at the customer‘s cost.

Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises.
